Training with your partner is a great way to embark on your fitness journey together, whilst dare I say it, enjoy each others company away from the stresses of everyday life.
Alternatively, if your partner is a pain in the bum you can choose to train with a friend instead!
And remember partner training costs the same as 1:1 training so you get to split the cost yet get the same benefits!
